Pathfinder Hosting is owned by Jonathan Bloor. With over six years of web hosting experience, Jonathan is well placed to help you get your site up and running.

We don't offer an uptime guarantee - 100% availability is just not possible. We will however refund your monthly fee in the event that you are less than satisfied with our performance.

Support is handled via our helpdesk. We aim to answer all tickets within a few hours. Servers are monitored continuously to maintain optimum performance and security levels.

We use the highest specification servers in the best locations. Data centre technicians, along with our own staff, ensure the servers run at their best at all times.

The majority of our servers are located in one of the world's best data centres, Global Switch 1 in London, UK; we also offer US based hosting located in the excellent NAC data centre in Parsipanny, New Jersey, USA. You can visit the Global Switch website to view an overview of the facility and the NAC website to take a tour of the data centre and view details of the network.

We use the powerful Cpanel system on Redhat Linux servers. Server performance and availability is monitored by SiteUptime, and our off server Information Centre keeps clients constantly up to date with what is happening with the servers and the company.
